Description of TicSbutton :
A Simple Button component that not only plays a Wav File but reacts to the mouse clicks, on the mouse down the image changes and a sound is played, unlike most buttons this can all be set-up at design time using one component and changed at run time. The Images are Up, Down and Disabled, you can play the sound file or disable it, you can change the button state at run time.
