Description of TToolbar97 Component Customizer Dialog :
This unit serves as an add-on to Jordan Russell's Toolbar97 component and provides basic runtime customization functionality by allowing users to select buttons from an Available list and drag them to a Selected list. It also allows for displaying (or not displaying) button captions and changes the button sizes accordingly. It saves and restores the toolbar's button configuration as well at runtime.
