TGaugeMeter is made of several parts:
a background
a needle
a graduation (gauge) with short and long ticks
an upper and a bottom text
TGaugeMeter is a design time and runtime component.
Under design time, the user can set:
the color of the gauge’s background
the radius of the gauge’s background
the gauge’s color
the gauge’s radius
the font of the gauge’s graduation
the style of the gauge, gauge turned inside or outside
the gauge’s width
the maximum value of the graduation
the minimum value of the graduation
the color of the gauge’s needle
the radius of the needle’s disc
the shape of the gauge’s needle
the needle’s height
the needle’s width
the start angle of the gauge
the stop angle of the gauge
the upper text of the gauge
