Description of Base Runner :
Base Runner is a c based program that helps web developers or programmers to create data driven and to create dynamic web applications by using the information stored in dbf format file. This tool is based on template and CGI executable. By using this tool users can use relational databases and multiple tables within a template. It can be used as HTML extension and very simple to use. It uses standard foxpro dbf format tables, indexes, memos and relations.
