Quote is a clean and speedy command-line interface for getting snapshot stock market prices. This script also facilitates us to recover prices of U.S. Stocks (CSCO, DELL), market indices (^DJI, ^IXIC) and non-U.S. stocks (NT.TO). It is also an accurate and simple Perl script that retrieves stock quotes from Yahoo! Finance, (http://finance.yahoo.com). Lastly it uses the Perl LWP module if available, or lynx otherwise.
