Description of EZ HTML II :
EZ HTML II works by storing the user pages in a database file and thus gives them the option of editing at any stage. Other features are files can be uploaded with the browser, advanced editor and file management, and complete administration via the browser, besides other features. This runs on Unix and Windows NT.
