Time Manager is a perl based time management solution for users billing the customers by quote or time. This program has a reminder system and statistics area of client and clients can find your actions and send messages to you. There is a builtin auto reply function. This program presently supports authorize.net to bill clients, but any other payment gateway can be used with the builtin template system.
