Description of Shutdown :
Shutdown is a perl script to shutdown coranto installation for whatever reason, admin must fill all the fields with the text message to be displayed to the users trying to access coranto. Coranto can always be restarted by removing the text in this field. No data will ever be lost. Admin can modify this setting. Admin is not effected by this setting they can always use coranto.
