Description of Symbio Commenting System :
This is a perl guestbook program where the users can make comment and messages on a site. This script allows only limited number of new users for accessing guestbook on their website. The users can comment on many articles according to their wish. Features like censorship and IP banning, frequent updates, smileys, statistics, layout tags, guaranteed uptime etc are available in this script.
