Description of Email Verification System (evs) :
When you need to ensure the e-mail addresses your visitors are using is valid, you need the E-mail verification system. This CGI script (when used with a form) will e-mail your users a random ID link that must be clicked to activate their account. This wasn't written as a standalone script, you need to insert this code into one of your current scripts where you need to ensure everything is valid.
