Description of OTRS :
OTRS is an open source ticket request system and has a number of features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails. It allows all departments such as support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk etc. to respond speedily to inquiries. Some salient features are agent web interface for viewing and working on all customer requests, admin web interface for changing system things, customer web interface for viewing and sending information to the agents, web interface with themes support, multi language support, customize the output templates, web interface with attachment support, easy and logical to use and many more.
