Description of Helpdesk::Mail System :
This perl application has been designed for Helpdesks and Support Centers and assists them in organizing their email communication with customers. It allows you to assign user-id for a mail to track down how often a user asks for help. It also allows you to add a database or a knowledge base with respect to repeat questions so that these can be answered by typing in some keywords. This allows you to ease communication and achieve enhanced customer satisfaction.
