Personal Memoranda lets your site users submit their personal information and business particulars to your searchable database (pending approval by administrator). Auto email to administrator when someone makes a submission. Email is sent to user when record is accepted or rejected. C/w image upload. Can rename field titles. Auto profile ID and date-stamping (sort by date). /
