WebEvent Publish simplifies event calendaring and scheduling for your intranet or public web site. It allows you to publicize activities and make scheduling changes in real time. It allows visitors to submit and filter events. The uploading is subject to approval by the administrator. The visitors can subscribe to calendars and receive both reminders and any changes that are made to events. It allows organizations to easily keep up with their ever changing event calendars. It has an easy user interface that allows easy delegation of calendar management responsibilities.
