barp-lite is the slimmed down, easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to install version. / Barp-lite is a perl based collection of scripts to add banner adds (or random images) to your web site. It's a little dated, but should be easy to use and install. / You do NOT need a database to use barp-lite (or barp), just a web server with server side includes enabled, and access to perl as a cgi. /
