This is a program which can be used by the administrators on their online businesses to let their customers have support via FAQ section on their websites. It comes with the ability to let admins to execute any number of articles and let their visitors to post those articles to others through email. It is possible to link the articles which are in the knowledge base with any other articles and to categorize the submitted articles. This program has an effective search facility and lets administrators to easily use on their existing ASP.NET websites.
