Description
This script can be utilized as an application for conducting surveys on users websites. Users can create any number of questions to carryout their needs in surveys and they can have the option to choose from six types of question. It performs its action in generating questions with the help of MS Access database. Webmasters can easily make an analysis for the surveys with the help of its web interface. It allows users to customize the surveys using style sheets.
