WYWO-in/out board tool is helpful for the business administrators who want to send their instant message to their employee in particular department. Users have to store the details like what message and their phone number on their database. They should login with their name and password to edit the message board. It sends message to the particular phone number in given time. Every three minutes it refreshes the phone list. If all employee are not logged it indicates the administrator by displaying red light.
