Description of Links Manager :
Links Manager is a website link managing program. This program uses an MSAccess database to manage and modify links. Users are allowed to create, organize and display their site links. It has many features like, ability to divide links into separate categories, links can be updated, providing activate or deactive link options and no dead links etc.
